Yogi Lalit Ji
Yogi Lalit was born into a Brahmin yogic family in the Himalayas, where he began his spiritual journey under the guidance of his grandfather, Sri Swami Bhola Dutt, a renowned yogi. Yogi Lalit started formal yogic studies early, and by age five, he moved to Rishikesh for advanced learning in Sanskrit, Vedas, and yoga sciences like Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Kundalini, Kriya, and Sukshma Vyayam.
He also studied Ayurveda and spiritual practices, refining his skills under strict discipline at his Ashram. By 20, Yogi Lalit earned a Master’s degree in Yoga Science and began teaching in Rishikesh, learning from great yogis and gaining a global following.
In 2015, he became CEO of a yoga school in Thailand, focusing on health and community education.
